319. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which extends the ban on the placing on the market of genetically modified maize MON 863 for three years
On the basis of § 60 (1) of the German Genetic Engineering Act-GTG, BGBl. N ° 510/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, and by the Federal Ministries Act of 2009, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 3/2009, shall be ordered:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth, which prohibits the placing on the market of genetically modified maize of the line MON 863, BGBl. II No 257/2008, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 306/2010, shall be amended as follows:
§ 2 reads:
" § 2. This Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 30 November 2015. '
