322. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the regulation on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of statutory unemployment insurance (parameter regulation-unemployment insurance)

On the basis of Section 12a (4) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 62/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection:

The regulation on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of statutory unemployment insurance (parameter regulation-unemployment insurance), BGBl. II n ° 205/2008, as last amended by BGBl. II No 473/2010, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article 1 (3), the second half-sentence shall be replaced by the following:

"In the financial years 2011, 2013 and 2014, the expenditure on activation grants may not exceed EUR 56 million and EUR 76 million in the financial year 2012."

(2) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 3:

" (3) § 1 (3) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 322/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "
