324. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of the European Stability Mechanism (parameter regulation-PVO-ESM)

On the basis of Section 12a (4) of the Federal Budget Act (BHG), BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 62/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The expenditure framework of variable expenditure in the area of the European Stability Mechanism (§ 1 Z 11 of the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the definition of areas where variable expenditure limits are allowed, BGBl. II No 323/2012) changes to the extent to which payments are due on the basis of the Treaty establishing the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) or budgeted expenditure is not due in the financial year concerned.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its manifestation. With the expiry of 31 December 2012, it shall enter into force with the proviso that it is to be applied in the event of enforcement of Section 122 (3) BHG 2013.
