328. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of the financial compensation (parameter regulation-financial compensation)

On the basis of § 12 (5) of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The payout framework of the variable payouts in the area of financial compensation (§ 1 Z 3 of the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the determination of the areas where variable payout limits are permissible, BGBl. II No 325/2012) changes to the extent to which the commitments to disbursements are changed by the development of the tax revenue.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force, but it is to be applied for the first time in the preparation of the Federal Financial Framework Act for the financial years 2013 to 2016.

(2) The BGBl Regulation. II No. 209/2008 enters into force on 31 December 2012 with the proviso that it is to be applied in the event of enforcement of Section 122 (3) of the BHG 2013.
