329. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of the financing of hospitals (parameter regulation-health care financing)

On the basis of § 12 (5) of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 35/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health:

§ 1. As a parameter for the variable range of hospital financing (§ 1 Z 4 of the ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance on the determination of the areas where variable payout limits are allowed, BGBl. II No. 325/2012) will be the payouts for special purpose grants under the Federal Act on hospitals and health care institutions (KAKuG), BGBl. No 1/1957, in subdivision 24.

§ 2. The payout framework changes to the extent to which the purpose grants under the KAKuG are to be amended by the development of the tax revenue which forms the basis of the tax base laid down by law.

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force; however, it is to be applied for the first time in the preparation of the Federal Financial Framework Act for the financial years 2013 to 2016.

(2) The BGBl Regulation. II No. 206/2008 enters into force on 31 December 2012 with the proviso that it is to be applied in the event of enforcement of § 122 (3) BHG 2013.
