332. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the definition of the parameter for the variable area of the European Stability Mechanism (parameter regulation-PVO-ESM)
On the basis of § 12 (5) of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 62/2012 shall be prescribed:
§ 1. The payout framework of the variable disbursements in the area of the European Stability Mechanism (§ 1 Z 7 of the Federal Minister of Finance's Regulation on the determination of the areas where variable payout limits are allowed, BGBl. II No 325/2012) changes to the extent to which disbursements due to the Treaty establishing the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) are due or budgeted disbursements are not due in the respective period.
§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force; however, it is to be applied for the first time in the preparation of the Federal Financial Framework Act for the financial years 2013 to 2016.
