340. Ordinance of the Federal Chancellor on the use of redeeming gifts of honour gifts

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), BGBl. No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 51/2012, and Section 5 (1) of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. Notification of the receipt of honorary gifts shall be made immediately in writing to the Human Resources Department, which shall immediately be responsible for the further instiptions pursuant to § 2.

§ 2. (1) A divestment shall be made in the case of those honorary gifts which represent a traffic value which exceeds the administrative costs of recovery. The HR department makes a case for honorary gifts with a slight or merely symbolic value in individual cases.

(2) The proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts are primarily intended to alleviate emergency situations, to which staff members of the resort or their survivors are not in debt, otherwise for a charitable or charitable purpose. to use.

(3) The decision on the actual use shall be prepared by the Bureau.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2012.
