350. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in winter tourism

Due to § 5 paragraph 2 Z 1 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 25/2011, shall be assigned:

§ 1. For the winter tourism sector, a quota of 355 for the fixed-term employment of foreign workers is established and is divided among the following Länder as follows:

Carinthia: ....................

20 for employment in glacial regions and their catchment area

Lower Austria: ..........

25 for employment in Schaustellerbetriebe

Upper Austria: ............

15 for employment in Schaustellerbetriebe

Salzburg: ..................

100 for employment in glacial regions and their catchment area

Steiermark: ...............

20 for employment in Schaustellerbetriebe

Tyrol: ........................

140 for employment in glacial regions and their catchment area

Vienna: ........................

35 for employment in Schaustellerbetriebe

§ 2. (1) In the framework of the quotas referred to above, employment permits may be granted throughout the period of validity of this Regulation, the period of validity of which shall not exceed 25 weeks and shall not end after 15 May 2013.

(2) Nationals subject to the transitional provisions on the free movement of workers of the EU (§ 32a AuslBG), and asylum seekers are to be preferred in the granting of the employment permits.

§ 3. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 30 April 2013.
