353. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the obligation to provide information regarding voter evidences
According to § 10 Section 2 of the Voting Evidence Act 1973, BGBl. No. 601, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 12/2012, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The mayors will be obliged to take part in the referendum in accordance with Art. 49b B-VG, with 30. October 2012

in municipalities with a population of more than 20 000, make the proclamation within the meaning of section 26 of the NRWO and |

indicate, in all other municipalities, the possibility of checking the correctness of the voter's evidences as a list of voters. |
