The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection is in accordance with § 26 para 1 Labor Constitutional Act, BGBl. No. 22 / 1974, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 111/2010 authorised to assess the apprentice compensation at the request of a collective agreement-enabled corporate, if no collective agreement is in effect for the sector concerned.

Scope



§ 1.



(a) subject: event technology, as far as for this sector, no collective agreement - except for collective contracts pursuant to § 18 para 4 ArbVG - is effective.

(b) space: The territory of the Republic of Austria.

(c) personally: teaching justified within the meaning of the vocational training Act, which technically trained apprentices in the teaching event technology and use in the course of this training, as well as by this theory allow employed apprentices in the teaching event technology.

Extent of apprentice compensation

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:



(a) in the 1st year of training: €504 per month;

(b) in the 2nd year of apprenticeship: €648 per month;

(c) in the 3rd year of training: €802 per month;

(d) in the 4th year of training: 1 €039 per month.

Vacation allowance

§ 3. Each apprentice receives a holiday grant in the amount of monthly compensation of apprentice, once in the year in addition to his holiday pay. The holiday allowance is at the start of the holiday, when consumption of leave in parts at the start of the longer part of the holiday, to be paid at the latest on June 30. During the academic a - or escaping apprentices receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant.

Weihnachtsremuneration

§ 4. Each apprentice receives a Weihnachtsremuneration in the amount of monthly apprentice compensation which is payable at the latest on 30 November once in a calendar year. During the calendar year, incoming or exiting apprentices received the aliquot part of Weihnachtsremuneration.

Basis for calculation of overtime in accordance with § 1 para 1a Z 1 KJBG

§ 5. Is there a commissioned no relevant skilled workers wage sense § 1 par. 1a Z 1 KJBG, an hourly rate of € 8.93 is for overtime pay of apprentices who have reached 18 years of age for the calculation of the basic wage and overtime award to be used.

Beginning of the effectiveness

§ 6. The fixing of the apprentice compensation shall enter into force 1 November 2012.
