355. Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which sets the apprentice allowance for event technicians

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010 authorises the apportionment of apprentice compensation at the request of a collective contractual body if a collective agreement is not effective for the sector concerned.

Scope

§ 1.

a)

Technical: event technology, insofar as no collective agreement is effective for this industry-except collective agreements pursuant to § 18 (4) ArbVG-effective.

b)

Spatial: The territory of the Republic of Austria.

c)

Extent of apprentice compensation

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:

a)

1. Educational year: 504 € per month;

b)

in the 4th Teaching year: € 1,039 per month.

Holiday grant

§ 3. Each apprentice receives a holiday allowance in addition to his holiday fee in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation. The holiday grant is to be paid at the time of the arrival of the holiday, in the case of consumption of the holiday in parts upon arrival of the longer holiday part, but at the latest on 30 June. During the apprenticeship year one or more Leaving apprentices receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant.

Christmas Remuneration

§ 4. Each apprentice receives, once in the calendar year, a Christmas Remuneration in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation, which is to be paid no later than 30 November.
