148. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the rectification of the claims in the Federal Law Gazprom

On the basis of § 10 of the Federal Law Gazette Act-BGBlG, BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The proclamation of the scope of the European Convention on the service of documents in administrative matters abroad in BGBl. III No 128/2012 is corrected to the effect that the double-headed authority should be deleted once in accordance with Article 2 (1) of the Convention in "North Rhine-Westphalia".
