359. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which changes the Drinking Water Regulation

Pursuant to § § 6 (1) and (3), 19 (1) and 36 (13) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG), BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:

The Drinking Water Ordinance-TWV, BGBl. II No 304/2001, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 121/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 6 para. 2 Z 3 shall be followed by the following lit. c to f is added:

" (c)

Concentration of hydrogen ion (pH)

Total hardness ° dH

e)

Carbonate hardness ° dH (acid capacity up to pH 4.3)

f)

potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium, or Chloride and sulphate (mg/l) "

2. In § 7 Z 3 the sentence is deleted "This does not apply to the parameters for radioactivity." .

(3) In Annex I, Part B, the following parameter shall be inserted in accordance with the alphabetical order of the following:
