360. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the Altlastenatlas-VO is amended (1. Altlastenatlas-VO-Novelle 2012)

On the basis of § § 13 and 14 of the Altlastensanierungsgesetz, BGBl. No 299/1989, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 15/2011, shall be assigned:

The Altlastenatlas-VO, BGBl. II No 232/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 442/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2, the Federal Law Gazette is awarded the BGBl. (II) No 442/2011, paragraph 14 added to the sales designation "(15)" .

2. The following paragraph 16 is added to § 2:

" (16) The sales designation of paragraph 15 as well as Annexes 1 to 7 and 9 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 360/2012 will enter into force on 1 November 2012. "
