361. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Suchtgift-Grenzquantitative Regulation

On the basis of § 28b of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), BGBl. I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 50/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice:

The Suchtgift-Grenzquantitative Ordinance (SGV), BGBl. II No 377/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 347/2010, shall be amended as follows:

Under point 1. of the Annex "addiction poisons in accordance with Annex I of the Suchtgiftverordnung" is between the lines "Sufentanil 0.01" and "Thebacon 3,00" the line "Tapentadol 20,0" inserted.
