371. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, which amended the Plant Protection Regulation 2011

On the basis of § § 35 (4) and 38 (1) of the Plant Protection Act 2011, BGBl. I No 10/2011, as regards Annex 3, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance,

The Plant Protection Regulation 2011, BGBl. II No 299/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. The text of § 23 shall be the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) The designation of Section 23 (1) and Annex 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 371/2012 are due to 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "

For the activities of the Authority, the following fees shall be raised in euro in accordance with Section 20 (1):
