375. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, amending the Regulation on the determination of the suitability of clubs to be appointed as a lawyer, as well as for the repute of patient lawyers and representatives of the residents
On the basis of § § 1 and 2 of the Vereinssachwalter-, Patient-Anwalts-and Residents Representation Act, BGBl. No. 156/1990, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 92/2006, is being prescribed:
The regulation on the determination of the suitability of clubs to be appointed as a lawyer, as well as to make known to patients 'lawyers and residents' representatives, BGBl. II No 117/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 37/2012, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 2 Z 1 shall read from 1. January 2013 to 30 June 2014 as follows:

the association representative network-the legal guardianship, patient advocacy, resident representation in the territories of the federal states of Burgenland, Carinthia, Upper Austria, Styria, Tyrol and Vienna as well as in the sprinkling of the district courts of Gänserndorf, Hollabrunn, Klosterneuburg, Korneuburg, Mistelbach, Purkersdorf, Tulln, Neumarkt bei Salzburg, Oberndorf, Salzburg and Thalgau, " |
