377. Resolution of the Federal President concerning the ordering of a referendum
§ 1. According to Art. 49b of the Federal Constitutional Law, BGBl. No. 1/1930, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 65/2012 and § 2 (1) and (3) of the 1989 People's Survey Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 356/1989, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 12/2012, I order a referendum with the following question:

Are you in favour of the introduction of a professional sheer and a paid voluntary social year |

are you in favour of maintaining universal military service and civil service? " |

§ 2. In the sense of Section 2 (2) of the People's Order Act 1989, the Federal Government has adopted a decision of the National Council of 16. October 2012, as the day of the referendum of the 20th. Jänner 2013. The deadline was 28 November 2012.
