92. Federal Act concerning the acquisition of business shares of PEG MedAustron Gesellschaft mbH (MedAustron GmbH-Gesetz-MAGG)

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. The Federal Minister The Federal Minister for Science and Research is authorized to take over the shares of the City of Wiener Neustadt an der PEG MedAustron Gesellschaft mbH, company number 259447 s, with effect from 1. Jänner 2012.

§ 2. The Federal Minister is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law. the Federal Minister for Science and Research.
