382. Resolution of the Federal President on the use of redeeming gifts of honour gifts

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), BGBl. No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 87/2012, and Section 5 (1) of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 35/2012, I order:

§ 1. The notification of the receipt of honorary gifts shall be made immediately in writing to the head of the presidential office. The other instipations in accordance with § 2 shall be made by the administrative group.

§ 2. (1) A divestment shall be made in the case of those honorary gifts which represent a traffic value which exceeds the administrative costs of recovery. For honorary gifts with a slight or merely symbolic value, the administrative group shall make an individual case available.

(2) The proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts are primarily intended to alleviate the plight of the staff of the presidential office or the survivors thereof, otherwise for a non-profit or non-profit-making or non-profit-making or non-profit-making or non-profit-making or non-profit-making or non-profit-making mildly purpose.

(3) The decision on the concrete use shall be prepared by the management group.

§ 3. This resolution shall enter into force on 1 December 2012.
