161. Proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention establishing the international anti-corruption Academy as an international organisation
After notification of the Federal Ministry for European and international affairs, following further States have their instruments of ratification to the Convention establishing the international anti-corruption Academy as an international organization (Federal Law Gazette III No. 22/2011, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 135/2012) deposited:

September 28, 2012, on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification Israel has declared the following reservation:
The Government of the State of Israel accepted not the last sentence of article XIX, which begins with the following words "so this second or third arbitrator is selected... Court of justice through the international.".
Israel agrees that the second or third arbitrator by the Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of arbitration in the Hague (hereafter: 'PCA') on a request from one of the parties is selected.
If the Secretary-General of the PCA is a citizen of either Contracting Party or is for any other reason unable to fulfil this task, then the Deputy Secretary-General of the PCA, which is not a national of either Contracting Party, is asked to make the necessary appointments.
