360. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Health on Exceptions to the Prohibition of the Redevelopment of Animal Vaccines (Animal vaccines-Reviation Ordinance 2015)

On the basis of § 4 (4) of the Veterinary Medicinal Products Control Act (TAKG), BGBl. I No 28/2002, shall be assigned:

§ 1. (1) For the conservation of animal health, the use of the vaccine " COXEVAC, suspension for injection for bovine animals and goats which is used to vaccinate against abortions caused by Coxiella burnetii and to reduce the excretion of the exciter the milk, the vaginal mucus, the faeces and the placenta for cattle and goats are approved centrally in the EU, also approved for the vaccination of sheep in Austria. The waiting time is 0 days.

(2) vaccinations carried out in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be from the responsible veterinarian who arranges or carries out the administration of the vaccine to the animals of a particular stock, to the Federal Ministry of Health, within a maximum period of time Six weeks after vaccination has been completed. For this purpose, please specify:

the name and address of the veterinarian responsible,

2.

the name and address of the keeper of the vaccinated animals,

3.

number of vaccinated animals,

4.

The reason for vaccination, in particular information on diseases that have already occurred,

5.

Indication of whether it is a first or a booster vaccination.

§ 2. (1) For the conservation of animal health, the application of the vaccine BLUEVAC 4 from CZ Veterinaria S.A., suspension for injection in ovine and bovine animals approved for vaccination against the serotype 4 of the bluetongue virus in Spain, shall also be: have been approved for the vaccination of goats in Austria. (2) vaccinations carried out in accordance with para. 1 shall be subject to compliance with § 12 of the Animal Health Act (TSG), RGBl. No 177/1909. The documentation of the vaccinations must be the individual identification of the vaccinated animal in accordance with the Animal Identification and Registration Ordinance, BGBl. II No 291/2009, as last amended by BGBl. II No 193/2015, as well as the date of implementation of the individual vaccinations. These data shall be entered in the electronic veterinary register (VIS) in a timely manner in accordance with Section 8 of the TSG.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the manifestation in the Federal Law Gazette; at the same time, the Animal Vaccine Re-widthingRegulation, BGBl. II No 10/2011, except for force.
