363. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, by which the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of staff of the municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling for the Financial amt Graz-surroundings in the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling) will be changed

On the basis of § 80a of the valuation law 1955, BGBl. No 148/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 34/2015, is ordered with the consent of the municipality of Seiersberg-Pirka:

The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of employees of the municipality Seiersberg-Pirka for the Finanzamt Graz-Environment in the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling), BGBl. II No 509/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 187/2014, shall be amended as follows:

In § 3 the following last sentence is added:

"For the municipality of Seiersberg-Pirka, the regulation will expire on 31 December 2017."
