375. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the supplement to the unemployment insurance contribution is fixed in accordance with the Insolvency-Remuneration Assurance Act from 2016 (IESG-Zutee-verordnung)

Pursuant to Section 12 (3) (2) of the Insolvency Law (IESG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 324/1977, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2015, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The surcharge in accordance with § 12 paragraph 1 Z 4 IESG will be fixed at 0.35 vH as of 2016.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.
