On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG) BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:
At its sixth meeting from 28 April to 10 May 2013, the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in the international trade (BGBl. III No 67/2005 idF BGBl. -No 106/2009, as last amended by BGBl. III n ° 167/2015), the following amendments were adopted in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention:

The present amendments are based on decisions RC-6/4, RC-6/5, RC-6/6 and RC-6/7 and in accordance with Article 22 (5) lit. c of the Convention for all Contracting Parties entered into force on 10 August 2013.
