384. Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which changes the home work tariff for homeworkers in the industrial and commercial marine embroidery

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 34 (1) of the Home Labour Act 1960, BGBl No. 105/1961, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 74/2009, authorizing the adoption of homework tariffs at the request of a collectivelycontractable body of workers.

The home-working tariff for home workers in the shipbuilding industry and the industry, BGBl. II No 380/2015, is amended as follows on the basis of the decision of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection of 24 November 2015 at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection:

In § 3, the amount shall be: "0,41 €" by the amount "0,42 €" replaced.
