392. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which sets the adjustment factor for the year 2016

Pursuant to Section 108 (5) in conjunction with Section 108f of the General Social Security Act (ASVG), BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 118/2015, shall be ordered with the consent of the Federal Government:

The adjustment factor for the year 2016 shall be set at 1.012 on the basis of the indicative value in accordance with § 108e (9) Z 1 ASVG.
