393. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice on the fixing of a surcharge to the fixed amounts listed in the Law on Law on Law of Law

On the basis of § 25 of the Federal Law on the Bar of Lawyers, BGBl. No. 189/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council:

§ 1. (1) In the tariff of the Federal Law on the Bar of Lawyers, in the version of the Regulations of the Federal Minister of Justice BGBl. No. 198/1972, BGBl. No. 646/1974, BGBl. No. 368/1977, BGBl. No. 144/1981, BGBl. No. 102/1985, BGBl. No 491/1990, BGBl. No. 224/1994, BGBl. II No 227/2001 and BGBl. II No 379/2007, a further supplement of 12 vH is hereby established as remuneration of the attorney-at-law.

(2) The resulting remuneration of the attorney shall be determined in the annex forming part of this Regulation.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.

(2) It shall apply to the performance of attorneys and attorneys who shall be effected after 31 December 2015; in relation to the party, another agreement on the amount of remuneration shall remain unaffected.
