182. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, concerning the scope of the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption
According to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the following states have expressed their reservations. 1 pursuant to Art. 37 and in accordance with Art. 38 of the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption (BGBl. III No. 1/2014, last proclamation of the BGBl scope. III n ° 148/2014) for a further three years as follows:

Andorra on 21 November 2014 starting from 1 September 2014; |

Armenia on 16 December 2014 starting from 1 May 2015; |

Azerbaijan on 19 May 2016 October 2015 starting from 1 June 2016; |

Finland on 21 July 2014, starting on 1 February 2015. |
Switzerland, on 25 March 2015, has the declaration made pursuant to Art. 36 of the Convention 1 and their reservations as expressed in accordance with Article 37 (1) 1 renewed in accordance with Art. 38 of the Convention for a further three years, starting from 1 July 2015.
Hungary also declared its declared reservation on 27 February 2015 1 Article 8 of the Convention has been withdrawn.
According to a further note from the Secretary-General, Ukraine is 16 years old. October 2015 a statement 1 as regards the application and implementation of the Convention in the parts of its territory which are currently not controlled by the Ukrainian Government.
