183. Convention between the Member States of the European Union, meeting within the Council, on the protection of classified information exchanged in the interests of the European Union

The notification referred to in Article 13 (1) of the Convention was deposited with the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union on 8 July 2011; according to the note by the Secretary-General, this Convention is 1 December 2015, pursuant to Article 13 (2) of this Convention. entered into force.

The present Convention has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ L 327, 28. No. OJ C 202 of 08.07.2011 p. 13, published.

Due to § 5 paragraph 3 Z 1 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be assigned:

The proclamation of all the language versions of this Convention, with the exception of the German language versions, must be made by public consultation during office hours at the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs.
