400. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the BUAG-surcharge regulation is amended

On the basis of § 21 (1) to (3) of the Construction Workers ' Holiday and Abortion Act, BGBl. No. 414/1972, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 113/2015, shall be arranged:

The regulation on wage increases for the holiday scheme, the handling and winter holiday arrangements, as well as the additional benefits under the Construction Workers ' Holiday and Abortion Act (BUAG-Zutee Regulation), BGBl. II No 419/2010, as last amended by the Regulation, BGBl. II No 357/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 5 reads:

" § 5. The supplement to the wage, which according to § 21a in conjunction with § 21 (1) and (3) of the BUAG for the payment of the costs for the handling of the handling scheme (disposal contributions to the operating pension fund according to § 33b BUAG and the removals in accordance with Section III BUAG) , including the pro rata administrative costs, for the periods 2016/1 to 2016/12 for one calendar week (Employment Week), the collective contractual hourly wage increased by 20% in accordance with Section 21a (3) of the Treaty and 4 BUAG. "

The following paragraph 7 is added to § 6:
