407. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the fixing of flat rates for the compensation of the legal protection officer
Pursuant to Section 74a (5) of the Financial Criminal Law, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 1958/129, as last amended by the Tax Reform Act 2015/2016, BGBl. I No 118/2015, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The flat-rate rates for compensation for the legal protection officer and his/her deputists shall be as follows:

The legal protection officer shall be entitled to compensation to the extent of 20 vH of the salary of a Federal official of the General Administrative Service in the category A1, function group 9, for the first 5 years per calendar month. |

| 2. |
The Deputy Legal Protection Officer shall be entitled to compensation to the extent of 20 vH of the salary of a Federal official of the General Administrative Service in the Working Group A1, function group 9, for the first 5 years per calendar year. |

§ 2. (1) The compensation shall be payable
| 1. |
in the case of § 1 Z 1 at the beginning of each month, |

| 2. |
in the case of § 1 Z 2 at the beginning of each year. |

(2) In the event that a claim does not extend to an entire calendar year or a whole calendar month, the respective compensation shall be due in the proportional amount. Unjustly received services shall be replaced by the Federal Government.
§ 3. The legal protection officer and his deputists shall be replaced by the necessary travel expenses. These costs are in accordance with the provisions of the travel fee rule 1955, BGBl. No 133 in the current version.
§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.
