143. Federal Law, amending the Court of Auditors Act 1948

The National Council has decided:

Amendment of the Court of Auditors Act 1948

The Court of Auditors Act 1948, BGBl. No. 144, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is amended as follows:

1. In Section 9 (1), the date shall be: "30th September" by the date "30th June" replaced.

2. In Section 9 (5), the word order shall be deleted "according to § 118 BHG 2013" .
