According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, Slovenia has 26. October 2012, its instrument of accession to the Convention establishing the European Centre for Medium-Term Weather Forecasts, together with the Annex and Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Centre for Medium-Term Weather Forecasts (BGBl.
