178. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning adjustments to the Montreal Protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

At the eleventh meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (BGBl. No 283/1989, as last amended by BGBl. III. No 94/2005), the Contracting Parties have adopted the following adjustments in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (9) of the Protocol:

The adjustments shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (9) (9). The Protocol entered into force on 28 July 2000.
