179. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning adaptations of Annex C to the Montreal Protocol on substances that deplete the ozone layer

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

At the nineteenth session of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (BGBl. No 283/1989, idF BGBl. III No 94/2005, as last amended by BGBl. III No 178/2012), the Contracting Parties have adopted, in accordance with Article 2 (9) of the Protocol, the following adjustments to Annex C to the Montreal Protocol:

The adjustments shall be made in accordance with Article 2 (9) (9). The Protocol entered into force on 14 May 2008.
