Pursuant to § 4 (1) Z 1, § 5 (1) and § 16 of the Marketing Normengesetz-VNG, BGBl. I n ° 68/2007, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010-in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health and the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth-as well as on the basis of section 14 (2), section 20 (9) and section 21 (2) of the VNG, the following is prescribed:
