450. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, amending the Regulation on the design of passports and passports

On the basis of § 3 of the Passport Act 1992, BGBl. No. 839, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 60/2012, shall be assigned in agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the design of passports and passports (passport regulation-PassV), BGBl. No 861/1995, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 444/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 (1) the number shall be: "24" by the number "36" replaced.

2. In Section 6a (2), the Z 3 reads:

" 3.

academic degrees, which the applicant has already been entitled to perform at the time of issue of the passport or has subsequently obtained it; "

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 6c:

"(3) Until the consumption of existing inventories, but not later than 31 December 2015, ordinary passports may be issued for certain seizures (§ 2) in the scope of 24 pages."

(4) The following paragraph 5 is added to § 7:

" (5) § § 2 (1), 6a (2) (2) (3) and (6c) (3) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 450/2012 will be 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
