452. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on the Pharmareferentinnenprüfung/Pharmareferentenprüfung 2007
According to § 72 (3) and (8) of the German Medicines Act, BGBl. No. 185/1983 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 146/2009, shall be ordered:
The Regulation on the Pharmareferentinnenprüfung/Pharmareferentenprüfung 2007, BGBl. II No 460/2006, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 8 (1) reads:
" (1) Persons who are admitted to practise as Pharmareferentin/Pharmareferent (Pharmareferentin/Pharmareferent) in accordance with § 72 (5) of the German Medicines Act (BGBl). No 185/1983, as amended, the Federal Ministry of Health and the Federal Ministry of Health shall have the application for proof of their identity, their nationality and the corresponding proof of competence in the original or in certified Copy, accompanied, if necessary, by a translator/translator appointed to the public/appointed by the public. "
