455. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, amending the Regulation on the temporary employment of foreigners in winter tourism

Due to § 5 paragraph 2 Z 1 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2012, shall be:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in winter tourism, BGBl. II No 379/2012, shall be amended as follows:

§ 2 reads:

" § 2. (1) For Styria, an additional quota of 35 for the short-term employment of foreign workers in accommodation, gastronomy and leisure facilities during the Alpine Ski World Championships will be held in Schladming fixed.

(2) The duration of the employment permits granted under this quota shall not start before 22 December 2012 and shall not end after 28 February 2013. "
