462. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on the use of redeeming gifts of divested honorary gifts

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 333/1979, and Section 5 (1) of the Act of Law 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 86/1948, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 55/2012, shall be ordered:

§ 1. Proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts which have been handed over to staff in the Federal Ministry of Health shall be used for the alleviation of emergencies, after consultation with the relevant personnel representative body, The staff members of the Federal Ministry of Health have not been in debt.

§ 2. Due to § 1 no one is entitled to a legal claim.
