465. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Labour Market Regulation is amended

On the basis of Section 24 (1) of the Labour Market Service Act, BGBl. No. 313/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 122/2011, shall be arranged:

The Labour Market Control Regulation-AMSprV, BGBl. No 928/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 291/2012, as amended:

1. § 3 Z 6 lit. a is:

" (a)		Labour market service Bruck an der Mur in Bruck an der Mur in Bruck an der Mur (Bruck an der Mur)

2. § 3 Z 6 lit. c is:

" (c)		Labour market service Feldbach in Feldbach for the court district Feldbach "

3. § 3 Z 6 lit. d is:

" (d)		Labour market service Fürstenfeld in Fürstenfeld for the court district Fürstenfeld "

4. § 3 Z 6 lit. i is:

" (i)		Labour market service Hartberg in Hartberg for the court district of Hartberg "

5. § 3 Z 6 lit. o is:

" o)		Labour market service Mürzzuschlag in Mürzzuschlag für den judiciary district Mürzzuschlag "

6. § 3 Z 6 lt. q is:

" (q)		Labour market service Mureck in Mureck for the court district of Bad Radkersburg "

7. In accordance with § 13, the following § 14 is added:

" § 14. § 3 Z 6 lit. a, c, d, i, o and q in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 465/2012 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
