498. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Women and Public Service on the assessment of the impact on effective equality between women and men in the context of impact-oriented impact assessment of regulatory projects and other Projects (WFA-Gender Equality Regulation-WFA-GlstV)

On the basis of § 17 paragraph 3 Z 3 of the Federal Act on the Leadership of the Federal Budget (Federal Budget Act 2013-BHG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 62/2012, is to be arranged in agreement with the Federal Chancellor and the Federal Minister for Finance:

Subject matter

§ 1. (1) This Regulation regulates the assessment of the impact on effective equality between women and men in the context of impact-oriented impact assessment according to § 17 BHG 2013.

(2) It contains methodological requirements for the simplified and in-depth assessment of the effects of regulatory projects and projects of exceptional financial significance in accordance with § 58 (2) BHG 2013.

Simplified Estimation

§ 2. Within the framework of the simplified assessment, the following requirements shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 1 to examine whether the impact of effective equality between women and men is likely to be significantly affected. For this purpose, the corresponding materiality criteria of the WFA-Grundsatzverordnung (WFA-Grundsatzverordnung, WFA-GV) are to be used.

§ 3. In the context of the in-depth assessment, the expected significant impact on the effective equality of women and men in accordance with the requirements in Appendix 2 more precisely.

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force.

Simplified assessment of the impact on effective equality between women and men

The simplified estimation shall include answers to the following questions:
