506. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, which repeals the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance concerning the determination of the best-selling price category for cigarettes (price-leave-fixing regulation)

Due to the Tobacco Control Act 1995, BGBl. No 704/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 112/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The Regulation concerning the identification of the best-selling price category for cigarettes (price-class determination regulation), BGBl. II No 225/2003, shall be repealed.
