521. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance, with which the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the participation of staff of the regional capital Graz for the Finanzamt Graz-Stadt in the unit evaluation ("Mitwirkungs-V Stadt Graz") is modified

On the basis of § 80a of the valuation law 1955, BGBl. No. 148, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 112/2012, is decreed with the consent of the Landeshauptstadt Graz:

The ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of staff of the City of Graz for the Finanzamt Graz-Stadt in the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V Stadt Graz), BGBl. II No 409/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 446/2011, as amended:

§ 3 reads:

" § 3. This Regulation shall expire at the end of 30 June 2013. '
