113. Federal Law, with which the Federal Act of 5 April 1960, which prohibits certain insignials (Abzeichen Act 1960), is amended.

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act of 5 April 1960, BGBl. No. 84/1960, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 50/2012, amended as follows:

1. In § 3 (1) the amount shall be stated "10,000 S" by the amount specified "EUR 4 000" replaced.

2. The previous § 5 receives the sales designation "(1)" and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 3 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2012 comes with 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
