116. The Federal Chancellor's manifestation of the repeal of § 6 of the Basic Law on the Value of Advertising in 1987 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 27 November 2012, G 77 /12-6, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 18 December 2012, rightly recognized:

" § 6 of the Federal Law of 2 July 1987 on the collection of a basic advertising tax (Grunderwerbsteuergesetz 1987-GrEStG 1987), BGBl. No. 309/1987, as amended by the BGBl version. I n ° 142/2000 is repealed as unconstitutional.

The repeal shall enter into force on the expiry of 31 May 2014.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
