5. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the coat of arms and flag of the Republic of San Marino

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 126/2009, in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, it is made known that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the coat of arms and flag of the Republic of San Marino, which shall be applied in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
