6. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Emblem of the Arab Satellite Communications Organization

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the emblem of the Arab Satellite Communications Organization, which is in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for Anyone who is able to inspect it is excluded from the registration under the Trademark Protection Act.
