9. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the name, emblems and abbreviation of the International Anti-Corruption Academy

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, that the name, emblems and abbreviation of the International Anti-Corruption Academy, which is in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
