12. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Emblems of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the emblems of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
